Engineered for the relentless pursuit. Inovation that ends higher
and rides beyond
Like a spear, enter the storm! Redefine your limits. New carbon fiber structure, engineer to defy gravity.

No matter the rivals
remain unstoppable

The “Sectionalized Design” concept – combined with advanced materials, scientific analysis, and precision manufacturing – ensures the Spear compromises on no aspect of performance.

With 37 optimization iterations, CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis was integrated throughout the entire development process. Repeated testing in the SILVERSTONE wind tunnel validated every detail. Every design decision is grounded in scientific innovation.

Breaking the boundaries of materials science, we pioneered the introduction of “Ultra-high modulus Pitch-based carbon fiber” to the road bike industry.

Yet exceptional materials alone are insufficient. Our True-One-Piece Molding Technology, PMI foam core filling, and optimized FAW69 (Fiber Area Weight) combine cutting-edge materials science with advanced manufacturing processes to deliver uncompromising, top-tier performance.

Faster than an aero frameset.

We collaborated with Aerocoach to conduct wind tunnel tests at Silverstone (SSEH) in the UK. After analyzing 280,000 sets of data, a conclusion was drawn:

Now, you won't find a faster all-around road frameset than Spear.

Is there a structure that can optimize drag reductionwhile bringing revolutionary comfort improvements?

WIND EYE

The Wind Eye is a cutting-edge design element that defines the Spear.

“Wind Eye” suppresses turbulence caused by low pressure areas at the seat tube and rear wheel.CFD comprehensive simulation analysis indicates that “Wind Eye” can save 2.66 Watts for the Spear frame set at a relative wind speed of 40km/h.

In addition, it can also filter and dilute road surface vibrations.Allow the Seatpost a maximum of 17mm vertical flex.Vertical Compliance iIncreased by 23%over.

685 grams — it’s just a number, and it doesn’t represent our limit. We focus on overall performance. The 685g lightweight design delivers powerful performance without any compromises. Compared to the Exceed RDC, it reduces weight by 90g.

Exclusive technology
Pushing the boundaries of material science.

To achieve ultimate performance, we never spare any expense. Every breakthrough, every innovation, reflects our relentless pursuit of perfection. Constantly pushing the limits, we aim to deliver performance beyond imagination — we firmly believe: “Without madness, there is no success.”

TeXtreme-Framework Foundation

TeXtreme carbon material is best known for reducing weight, increasing stiffness and strength, enhancing impact protection, and improving thin-layer damping performance. Its weight is only 20 grams per square meter, making it the ultimate choice for manufacturing ultra-light composite materials. However, the cost of TeXtreme is about three times that of Toray T800 carbon material.
DIALEAD Ultra-high modulus pitch-based materials

To achieve higher stiffness requirements, it was only possible to achieve the goal by adding higher modulus pitch-based materials. We appropriately used PITCH 65T and PITCH 80. In static bench tests, the modulus of PITCH 65T reaches 2.1 times that of T1000, and the modulus of PITCH 80T reaches 2.5 times that of T1100.
Comprehensive and Stable Materials

We use 30T and 40T as materials with comprehensive performance. FAW69 (Fiber Area Weight per unit area) implies lighter weight, more flexible stacking layers, and more stable resin loss rates, compared to T800 and T1000. This makes them the perfect choice for a foundation to build upon allowing unrivaled performance benefits.
PMI Filling

We have applied PMI (PolyMethyl MethAcrylate) for the first time in road bike frames. The PMI filling in specific areas delivers exceptional performance that surpasses traditional carbon fiber frames.
Self-Developed Carbon Fiber Stacking Solution

Each Spear is made up of 350 pieces of carbon fiber materials. This was the result of more than 30 experiments to achieve our initial physical property goals through continuous optimization. The proportions of each material were meticulously calculated, This ensured that the placement's size and angle optimized performance, eliminating any redundant stacking that wouldn't enhance the frame's strength.
More stringent testing standards:

Testing for critical components was several times higher than the ISO standards. For example, the seat post fatigue test the ISO standard requires testing at the rear of the seatpost, 70mm from the center, for 50,000 cycles under a load of 120kg. The Spear's testing standard required testing at the rear of the seatpost, 85mm from the center, for 150,000 cycles under a load of 144kg.

True-One-Piece Molding Technology

Compared to traditional frame manufacturing process, where tubes are produced from 3 or 2 molds and then glued together, the True-one-piece molding technology uses one mold to form a complete frame. This avoids the gluing of parts together, significantly enhancing the overall stability of the frame.
In addition, by reducing the tube stacking of glued parts, each Spear’s weight is reduced by 25g compared to traditional molding methods.

In key metrics such as stress resistance, fatigue strength, yield strength, and fracture toughness, have achieved an all-dimensional improvement compared to traditional bonding processes.
